IN NO EVENT WILL DANNY K VENTURES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
